Black Fire Percussion

This was a featured video on YouTube a few days ago. I just got around to seeing it tonight. They put on a good performance. They are very well synchronized from what I can tell. Must have taken hours and hours of practice. Good job guys!

Gorilla Playing Drums

The question is, is it a real gorilla or not? Great song though, one of Phil Collin's best. So what do you think is it a real gorilla or not?

Street Drummers in Chicago

A great bucket drumming group in Chicago. Love the way they are all synchronized. It just looks really cool. I wonder how many hours of practice it took for them to get that good.

Larry Wright Bucket Drumming

It has been a long time since I posted a bucket drumming video. It has been a long time since there was one worth posting. This one was worth wait though. They have great timing together. It amazes me that they can drum with such good timing together and came make music with something so simple as some old buckets.

Hip Hop Drummers

Well lets get started posting again with some fun drumming and a well done video. The filming angles and editing add to the fun of this video and just makes you start to bop to it in your chair.

The Complex Live Tour - Blue Man Group

Found this fun video featuring songs from Blue Man Group. They do some great drumming, still not sure about the whole blue face thing though. Whatever works for them I guess.

Assaf Seewi "Gimme Dat Beat"

I recently got an email from Assaf Seewi after posting his Conga Drumming video letting me know about some of his other drumming videos. I don't have a lot of time this morning, but I did get a chance to look at the "Gimme Dat Beat" video he suggested. Really fun stuff. Nothing like combining juggling and drumming! Very impressive. When I get a chance I will take a look at the other video he suggested. Thanks Assaf for the great videos and for the suggestions. Check out Assaf Seewi's website for more information about him and his talents.

Disneyland - The Trash Can Trio

Disneyland is such a fun place, and I hope to take my kids there someday for a holiday. They do things very well, and while the video gives the impression that it is spontanous, I can't see anything not being scripted and performed at Disneyland. That does not really matter though, the video is a good performace of three guys playing some buckets and trash cans.

Music for One Apartment and Six Drummers

I was wasting some more of my precious time today doing a search for drumming over on Google Video, since I enjoyed the Bucket Drumming videos (1, 2, & 3) that I have posted and I came across this interesting drumming video of six drummers in an apartment. I don't know if it is edited a great deal to come up with the video, but I thought it was interesting to watch. Make sure you have a dead bolt on your apartments if these guys live in your town.

Bucket Drumming by Vivek and JayForrestMartin Stomp percussion Bucket Drum Drums

Felt like starting the day with some drumming. Probably need the rhythm to get going this morning. Here is a performance of some guys playing buckets, pans and plates. Listen for the little kid providing the play by play. I thought it was cute.

Drumming in Portland

After posting the Bucket Drummer this morning I did a quick search for other drumming videos and found several that I will probably post today. Here is some more bucket drumming by some guys that decided to dress as transients and were trying to earn some money by showing off their drumming skills. There goal was to make enough to split a happy meal, but apparently they only made .95 cents.

Bucket Drummer

I like videos of normal everyday people doing things that they are good at. This guy is drumming on some buckets and is really good, as far as I know anyways. I don't know anything about this video, but it looks like it is just some guy on the street playing.
