Barenaked Ladies - "7 8 9"
Was away for a few days relaxing with the family. Came back to a huge pile of email and spring! Just noticed this new Barenaked Ladies video that was posted on YouTube. Looks like they have a kids album coming out soon. Good thing I have kids, now I can listen to the Barenaked Ladies with them.

Barenaked Ladies - Get In Line
I have to admit I don't watch a lot of music videos anymore. Perhaps it is a sign of my age. We don't have MuchMusic or MTV and I am quite glad my kids are nowhere near the age that they want those stations. It is not that I don't enjoy music, I just don't get the videos a lot of the time I guess. I had to stop and watch this video from the Barenaked Ladies though, becuase I noticed it had clips from King of the Hill on it. To be honest the whole thing just made me laugh.

The Barenaked Ladies - Bathroom Sessions
I was playing around with the playlist feature on YouTube today and created a playlist of the Barenaked Ladies Bathroom sessions. I have been listing to them quite a bit as I work anyways so I thought I should have an easy way of playing them over and over and over again. Thought it was pretty cool that I can share the whole playlist with you. This is the permanent link to the YouTube playlist, since I discovered that the playlist player stops after eight videos.

Who Needs Sleep? (Bathroom Sessions)
It is looking like it might be another long night here with my little girl. She is sick and just can't sleep, which means either me or my wife can't sleep. Thank goodness for some more Barenaked Ladies. The bathroom session videos on YouTube are great. I have watched quite a few of them and really enjoy these acoustic versions.
I don't often read the comments on YouTube because most of the time they simply suck, but the one on the top of this video says "It is musical caffeine", and that is what I might need here tonight.

Barenaked Ladies - Lovers In A Dangerous Time
I really enjoy the Barenaked Ladies. The first CD of theirs I bought was Gordon
, and I think I have most of them since. They also have a great site where you can buy recordings of their performances. They are quite forward thinking when it comes to using the Internet to help promote their music. Anyways, it has been a pretty rough week here, busy with work and had lots going on. For some reason everytime I checked my YouTube favourites list I ended up playing this song, so I thought I would post it.

Barenaked Ladies - Wind it Up (Fan Version)
I would say that the Barenaked Ladies are my favourite music group. I have liked them since I was in high school. There is something about their music no matter what I am doing I can listen to it. I don't have the new album "Wind it Up" yet, but I have asked for it for Christmas, and I suspect that is one Christmas present I will get.
This video is a fan submitted video for the single "Wind it Up". It was created for the Barenaked Ladies air guitar contest. They do a good job. It is fun to watch and of course the music is great.

Fluff & Such Barenaked Ladies Million Dollars
Not sure if the names for the puppets in the title are correct, they might be Hardley and Tag, but the title on Youtube had Fluff and Such, so I left it. This is still one of my favourite Barenaked Ladies songs and this is a fun video with two puppets singing it. Fun effects and worth the five minutes to watch it.
Maybe I can find some more of these puppets, I'll have to look around.
