Cyclons Explain DRM

This video might be a little out of the ordinary for Video Rambler, but I liked it and it is about a topic that is very important these days here in Canada, since Bill C-61 has been introduced in Ottawa. If you have not heard of DRM it is essentially a lock on digital files like DVD's, CD's etc that make it hard for some people to play certain discs on some machines. For example, I use Linux, to play DVD's on my computer I need to actually circumvent the DRM to play the disc. All a really stupid idea if you ask me. If you have not heard of Bill C-61 you should read about it a little bit. The Government wants to make us all into crooks for bypassing any kind of digital lock on DVD's and CD's. If you download music from the web, look out you might be getting a lawsuit soon if the Bill makes it into law. Read a good perspective on Bill C-61 here, and don't believe the lies the Government is telling about how it will be good for you.
