You might have heard about this already, but this is the interview of Vincent Ferrari who wanted to cancel his AOL account and had the smarts to record the conversation with the representative from AOL. Talk about a total run around. According to the interview the AOL representative lost his job after this came out, which is to bad, since it was probably not his decision to give customers the run around the way he did, it is probably corporate policy. I have to wonder if we are all going to have to start recording all of our calls with customer service representatives just to make sure things get done. I can think of several calls I have had with companies customer service representatives that should have been recorded and broadcast.
