Quebec Winter Carnival - Ice Palace

I have always wanted to go and check out the Quebec Winter Carnival, but have not yet had a chance. The Ice Palace is suppose to be one of the most spectacular ice sculptors that gets made every year. This video shows some of what the Ice Palace looks like at night.
